Feedback from parents

“Having just discussed nurseries with a new parent I remember the dread that filled me having to leave my child. At first I did not opt for a nursery and having changed our minds and two years at Paintpots I wish I knew then what I know now. The care our son has received and the education surprises me most weeks and exceeds expectation but the actual love that the staff have for all the children is evident from you walk in. They have listened to us as parents and noted and adapted to suit and most of all let him be himself. It is not the most luxury of settings but it is convenient city centre and hence it is limited in space but what they do with the space makes up for it – you need to see their winter wonder land in December to believe the effort and magic they create for the children. They don’t sing and dance about what facilities they have or boast about new equipment or facilities they just continue to provide, change and improve for the children’s needs and not for marketing/publicity. Would highly recommend.”

” I couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough. My first daughter has attended since September 2010 when she was 8 months old. The care she has always received has been amazing and she has always been happy and content in her time there. I have watched her blossom from a little baby into a clever and confident little girl with massive help and support from this nursery. My second daughter started at 12 weeks old and as any mother knows it is heartbreaking to leave your child but her being so young made it even harder. The staff were massively supportive to me and helped put my mind at ease with regular updates on how she was. She is now approaching one and is also very happy and content. Both my children are so excited to get to the nursery, run in with smiles and then when I come to pick them up they are always so busy and they don’t want to leave! It’s such a big thing when you leave your children and I can only thank Paintpots for making this experience so much easier by being kind, friendly and supportive. My eldest is also a very fussy eater but she always comes home with a full belly of nutritious food. The nursery has a safe and welcoming environment and the staff are always smiling! Fantastic nursery!!”

” I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. Despite my disappointment at having to return to work so early, my daughter was so happy every morning I dropped her off and every night I picked her up, it made it so much easier. I loved seeing how she grew and developed, how she played, questioned, investigated, acted, sang, made stories up, developed a sense of humour and generally blossomed as a child. She made cute little friends with other children and developed strong relationships with her key workers – all of which gave me great comfort to know how much fun she had and how happy she was there. Food and nutrition are also really important to me, so I was over the moon to know she was fed freshly cooked homemade food including lots of fruit and veggies. Lisa, Rachel and the whole team at Paintpots have really helped my daughter develop into a happy, confident, loving, bright, entertaining and well-rounded little girl. What more could you want?! Seriously, keep up the good work :-)”

“Perfectly centrally located nursery in Manchester city centre. Low staff turnover provides stability for the children. Age appropriate activities and excellent preparation for primary school environment. Good healthy varied meals though no alternative choice if child does not like it. Excellent curriculum and regular detailed feedback of my child’s progress and targets met.”

“We love Painpots, all the things that really matter they get spot on; staff, care, activities, quality food all are of the highest standard. We also like that it’s relatively small, fewer children per rooms than usual. They teach fairness by example everyday as well as kindness. Max has been extremely happy there!”

“What can I say? I was dead against my children going and wanted my wife to stay at home and look after the kids. 3 children later (2 of which have gone through Paintpots) and I can’t imagine how we would’ve coped without their support. When my wife returned to work, Lisa and Rachel (not forgetting Jenna, Stacey, Angela, Chelsea and Steph plus all the others, too many to mention) made us feel less guilty that we had to leave the kids and I can honestly say that they wouldn’t be the cheeky, confident, happy little rascals that they are without having spent such loving times at Paintpots. A MASSIVE THANKYOU!!!!”

“Chose Paintpots after viewing several Nurseries in and around the City Centre and have never regretted it for one moment. Our son has gone through every room and will stay till he leaves for School. Lisa, Rachel and the rest of the team do a fantastic job and make me and my wife feel totally relaxed when leaving him. The fact that he runs in in the morning, but is reluctant to leave come hometime says it all really. I wouldn’t have a hesitation in recommending Paintpots to anyone and if we have another child we will be back again.”

“We send 2 children to Paintpots and can’t recommend it highly enough! Our babies come home happy and full of lovely food having spent their day doing all sorts of exciting things! They’ve both come on so much since being at nursery. The staff are lovely- our children love them and feel safe and secure in their care. I can go to work knowing I’ll get a full update of everything my babies have done that day and that I’ll be called straight away if there are any problems. The nursery is really friendly and you feel like all staff take an individual interest in your child and your family. It’s lovely!!”

” I am so happy I chose Paintpots as my little boy’s nursery after looking at about 6 others. He has been attending since he was 9 months old, he is now 16 months. The key reasons I love Paintpots are:- – Learn through play – Great outdoor area – Plenty of educational toys – The team spend time encouraging development – Very friendly atmosphere – The Children are happy – The team are looking after my little boy 5 days a week so he needs to be with people that we trust and can talk to 100% – Encouraged to eat a varied diet – Supportive – Given feedback on development When my little boy marches into nursery with a smile on his face and waves by to everyone at the end of the day. What more could I ask!! Thank you Paintpots”

“I highly Recommend Paintpots to parents. I can write a lot about how good they are. Lisa/Rachel and all the staff are doing a great job. Our daughter’s development is very good, she interacts with us, asks questions. We could see very good development in her, thanks to Paintpots. She loves going there, she even told her mum to spend time with me on my birthday and she likes to go nursery. If you are looking for day nursery in around Manchester, don’t look anywhere else. go to Paintpots…”
